At Tech-Textile, quality and innovations are the driven force and therefore we work only with accredited & certified laboratories to ensure that the materials meet the most rigid testing and surpass the norms. Depending on the material and customer requirement, we collaborate with the following laboratories mainly for the certifications:

Quality control processes

Each material that are supplied to us should be accompanied with the test report of each production batch

Once we receive the material, we make our internal testing to ensure that the material is indeed in compliance

During our production (transformation of received material from supplier); we make random checks to ensure that the parameters are being respected

After all, production cycles are completed and just before shipment, we make final quality control that should fall wıthın the parameters of the master sample that has been homologated by the customer and keeps swatches for our records (6 months)

We ensure that all our material is in compliance with REACH and CADS requirements; i.e. the materials do not contain any product that can be harmful to health
